Sunday, January 10, 2021

This last week we did so many fun Learning Activities with Experience Early Learning Curriculum . Our Theme this month is Ice Castle and today I am sharing some of the Activities we did.
I am so thankful for the opportunity to use  Experience Early Learning Curriculum with my students and to share our experiences on my blog.
In exchange for my unbiased and honest reviews Experience Early Learning has provided me with the curriculum free of charge.
I have used Experience Early Learning Curriculum in my Classroom since 2017. This Curriculum has been a True Blessing for me and my students! ❤️
Due to the Holidays and Quarantine Situations  I am now posting our experiences in the classroom with the Ice Castle Curriculum .

This week upon returning from Christmas Break we started with some of the activities from week one.

We discussed the change of the season over Christmas
Break and what happens in the Winter Time.
I told the children there was a chance of snow ❄️ during the weekend and I wanted to hear all their stories if we got snow. We got snow today!!!! ⛄️
I am so excited for the children and me too! Lol!
On Tuesday I will be excited to hear all about their experiences in the snow. ❤️
Snowman Names
Last Thursday the children made their Snowman Names.

They turned out adorable and they couldn’t wait to show their parents.

They glued on the number of circles needed for their name and then traced their names.

They decorated the faces with button eyes , a carrot nose and mouth.

This is such a great activity for name recognition, writing practice , counting and spatial awareness. All important skills for Kindergarten Readiness.

Table Top Literacy
Snowman Tops & Bottoms

With this activity the children enjoyed making their own snowman combinations. They could look at the sample cards or create their own Snowman Creations.

After Coming back from the Weekend Snow the Children were so excited to share with everyone .
They were Overjoyed to Share Their Experiences of Building a Snowman and Having Snowball Fights.
They discussed who they built their snowman with and how big he was. They talked about how Cold it was outside and what they wore.
I was so happy that all the children got to experience the snow because it is so rare where we live and it was such a delight and blessing! It was such gift during these times. ❤️

I am sharing a cute little Snowman ⛄️ Song Used at Closing Time with the Curriculum.
