Ariana is excited to be learning about Dinosaurs.

She made a Brontosaurus Puppet. I asked her what vegetable she eats that is green and she said a cucumber. She is excited to do a puppet show with her new puppet set.

She shared that a Brontosaurus has a really long neck because he is a plant Eater and that he also has a really long body. He is Huge!!!!

Build a Neck for the Brontosaurus
I showed the Brontosaurus head to Ariana and explained to her he needed a neck. She got busy making a neck. She decided how long it needed to be and how wide. In the photo below you can see her using her hands to measure how wide.
She told me his neck is 21 inches long.  :)

 Stegosaurus

Ariana drew a Stegosaurus

She said a Stegosaurus had plates so she wanted to glue on some plates

When she was through with her creation she wrote Stegosaurus.

Counting Spikes

Ariana loved this counting game. She rolled the cube and counted the spikes. So Much fun while learning! We talked about the Stegosaurus and how it had 17 plates on it's back.

Leafy Letter Ll

Ariana practiced her Upper and Lower Case Ll  and Glued on some Leaf Shapes
like the Dinosaurs Enjoyed.
