This week we finished up Letter Aa by making the first page of our alphabet book.

Our sight word is -a- through next week. We read our sight word readers and traced our sight word a. Next week we will finish with 2 more sight word activities for the word a.
Two back to school stories included this week were The Kissing Hand and If You Take a Mouse to School.
In Dramatic Play the children had a great time playing school with the chalk board, name plates, flag, calendar, pointer and more. They took turns being the teacher and student.
The children enjoyed making the crayon necklaces. This group loves doing floor puzzles. :)
The children have been learning alot of new songs at circle time about the months, seasons, weather,calendar,etc.
This is just a few of the things happening in our classroom this week. We have very busy school days.
