Orchard Harvest - Fruit Trees

This past week in Pre-K our theme was Fruit Trees.
It was about apple trees, cherry trees, lemon trees, orange trees and plum trees. 



The children made shape link apple designs.They enjoyed copying the design patterns and making their own patterns.





They also made cherry letters.

Farm to Table 

The children have been enjoying the Farmers Market Role Play in Dramatic Play.Fruit travels from farm to truck to store to our table. 
The children have been taking turns being the shopper and the cashier.






They also enjoyed this activity. Pretending to cut Fruit from the Orchard.

We had a great week! We are looking forward to Animals in the Orchard.
