This week we are learning about the air.

 Things float in the air. Things fly in the air. We breathe in the air. There are colors in the air and we listen to the air.

Birds, Airplanes, Kites, Rockets and ?

Ariana made a Flying Disc

She enjoyed trying it out outside with her brother. When she threw the Disc it flew very far. They were very excited.

Fly Away Bird

What do you think helps a bird fly?

It’s wings of course 😊 The curved shape of the bird’s wings help it fly.

  

Ariana played a fun math game with the Bird and Feathers.

She rolled die and added that number of feathers to the Blue Bird. After she was done she made a craft out of the Bird and Feathers.

Hot Air Balloon 

Ariana and her brother Samuel made Hot Air Balloons. The craft turned out so cute. They had a great time making them. Even Pawpaw helped a little bit. See the craft fun in the photos below.

It was a Great Week being Nature Detectives and learning about Mystery in the Air.
