This week in Pre-K! Our Arms!

Sunday, September 10, 2017
How do we use our arms? We use them for so many things! One of the best ways to use our arms is for hugging! What parts of our arms do we use? We use our elbows, shoulders and wrists.

From Head to Toe We Move Our Amazing Bodies

How does the Gorilla Move?

He uses his arms and legs to move around and so do we.

We can also arch our backs and move around like a cat.

How do we move and crawl around? We have bones. We can see our bones with a special picture called an X-Ray. We can also feel our bones moving under our skin.

The children made their own x-rays. The children described the bones as being the skull, the ribs, the legs and arms.

The Children enjoyed creating Button Patterns and Tangram Bodies.

Beatriz Puzzle Fun

Our Handprint Journals

The children love writing in their journals in writing center.

The children had help tracing their hands.
